Delivery Information

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS PART OF THE TRIPLE DOT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Triple Dot uses a network of couriers to ensure that your order is delivered quickly, safely and to your door. To ensure that your delivery arrives at your door hassle free, please take note of the following information:

1. Please provide the following information and ensure that it is correct before checkout

1.1. Your full name and surname

1.2. Your contact number(s)

1.3. Your house/flat/unit/office number

1.4. Your complex name if applicable

1.5. Your street name

1.6. Your area name

1.7. Your area code

2. The delivery address given at checkout is final, and cannot be changed. However, you can contact our support team on sales@triple-dot.co.za or via our contact page and we will do our best to assist.

3. Please ensure that you or a representative is available to receive your delivery, as the couriers work on a tight schedule and will not wait at your premises. If you are only available to receive your order at specific times, please notify us in the comments box at checkout, or contact us on sales@triple-dot.co.za or via our contact page.

4. Should you wish to collect your order, please contact us on sales@triple-dot.co.za or via our contact page so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

5. If there is any evidence of tampering of your product upon delivery, please check the contents immediately (before the driver leaves) and if the goods are not in order, please notify us as soon as possible.

6. Deliveries take place on weekdays between 8am to 5pm unless otherwise stated or requested. Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.

7. Delivery will take place within 1-7 working days. This is however subject to the following:

7.1. The distance of your delivery address from our Marlboro Gardens  office.

7.2. The size of your order, quantities, carton size etc.

7.3. Stock Availability

7.4 Triple Dot will take reasonable measures to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

8. We will not release goods until full payment clears in our account. This can take between 1-7 working days depending on the method of payment used and your bank. If payment takes long to clear, then the delivery process will take longer than the time stipulated above.

9. Free deliveries are applicable for orders above R2500 or unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if necessary.

10. A flat rate of R150 will apply for orders below R2500 or unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if necessary.

11. For large and bulky items, standard delivery options do not apply. Please select the “large/bulky items” option as your shipping method, we will then send you a quote with the delivery fee. If one of the standard shipping options are selected, we will not ship the goods until the correct delivery amount is paid for.
